Oakwood Worldwide® Enhances Guest Experience with Mobile App Expansion to Asia Pacific
SINGAPORE – October 25, 2016 – Oakwood Worldwide®, the global leader in corporate housing and serviced apartment solutions, has announced the expansion of its Guest Mobile App to the Asia Pacific region, enhancing the travel experience for guests around the region from pre-arrival through departure.
Following the successful launch of the Guest Mobile App in the United States, Oakwood Worldwide® made the decision to expand the offering to the Asia Pacific market. Available for download for desktop, iOs and Android devices, it provides personalised check-in information, utilises GPS for easy directions to the properties and enables guests to submit service requests, including uploading photos, for quick resolution.

Oakwood Worldwide® identified the need for business travellers to have instant access to all their travel information on arrival into a new city. The Guest Mobile App eliminates the need to print move-in instructions and local maps by hosting all reservation information in one place, enabling guests to easily reach and settle into their new environment without any added stress.
Spencer added, “We wanted to provide our guests with a smart, one-stop solution for their reservation with us. Business travellers in Asia Pacific today are digitally driven, so by packaging our content into an app we are able to deliver what they need into the palms of their hands.”
The app first launched in the United States in late 2015 and has been well received among Oakwood Worldwide® guests. In Asia Pacific, Oakwood Worldwide® will roll-out the Guest Mobile App in phases across the entire region by the end of the year. The global roll out will continue with the addition of the EMEA region later in 2016.
